  9. Ability to reach THT or our Partners during and after the trip

Our Fees

FEES ARE BASED UPON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE TRIP AND ARE QUOTED AS PART OF A CUSTOM TRIP AGREEMENT SENT AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION.

Custom travel planning (groups/families)* | from $450

Expedited travel planning (within 60 days of travel)* | from $400

Expedited travel planning fee (within 30 days of travel)* | from $500

Purchased airfare/ticketing fee (per person)** | from $75.00

Hourly rate for hotel/car/cruise/flight research and selection | $100/hour

Hourly rate for concierge services, additional research, multiple revisions | $100/hour

*Custom travel planning includes 3 itinerary revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate.

**Ticketing fees are invoiced once ticketing is complete.
